All Flight Crewmembers Wendy Piehl June 5,2000 Uniforms

Effective June 5, 2000 the CCAIR
policy for uniform orders will be changed. All orders
will continue to go through me (5306), but ordered uniform items will
be shipped directly
to your homes. Neither UPS or Federal Express will ship to Post Office
Boxes, so
if your home address is a Post Office Box we will need an alternate
shipping address when you call to order. The cost for
these items will still be payroll deducted as they are now,
and I will send you a copy of the invoice when it comes in. If you
return an item for credit, that amount will be
deducted from your total as soon as I get the credit memo from
Lion. Please follow carefully the instructions for returning items as
this will now be your responsibility.

RETURNING
UNIFORM ITEMS TO LION APPAREL All items must be returned to them within 30 days. They are very
serious about this, and will
not accept returned items after that. Make sure you keep the packing slip.
You cannot make a return without it. Call 1-800- 543-9698
for Customer Service. Tell
them you are from CCAJR and need a return authorization
number. They will want the order number, which is on the packing
slip. Tell
them what you want exchanged or returned for credit. Write the return
authorization number and your return instructions on
the pink copy of the packing slip and include the pink
copy with your returned items in the box.
You also need to write the return authorization
number on the outside of the box or package. If the item needs to be returned
because of a mistake on the part of Lion Apparel, make sure
you ask them to send you a UPS mailing label so that you don't have to
pay for the postage
to return the item to them. If you have any questions regarding these changes,
